Located in Portland's Pearl District, this new 220,000 SF mixed-use, 16-story tower occupies the half-block site at Glisan Street between Northwest Ninth Avenue and 10th Avenue, replacing an existing commercial retail building. Retail space occupies the ground floor, with two levels of parking below and 114 condominium units above. 937 Condominiums earned LEED Platinum certification in 2010, achieving all points attempted.
