Building Management Solutions (BMS) is Green Building Services' answer to a rising emphasis on the performance of existing buildings and tenant spaces. We understand the pressures on property teams to produce green facilities that not only achieve certification, but perform at high levels while returning on the financial investment of the owners and tenants. With years of experience working with clients on LEED® EB certification and Energy Star performance standards, led by Elaine Aye, our BMS team is built to deliver guidance and value to your project.
LEED® EBOM
In 2008, the USGBC revised the LEED® for Existing Buildings Rating System. Now called LEED-EB Operations & Maintenance
(LEED® EBOM), this integrative rating system helps
building owners and operators measure building consumption and target
performance on a consistent scale, with the goal of maximizing operational efficiency and minimizing environmental impacts.

Existing Buildings
Our BMS group is delivering some of the most innovative approaches to meeting clients' existing building sustainability
challenges. With experience in both Volume and Single building projects, GBS keeps client's goals first when helping to
determine the best approach to their existing building project. Our services address a variety of operations, maintenance,
and resource issues including whole system audits and analysis, LEED® for Existing Building project management,
whole-building cleaning, recycling programs, and exterior maintenance programs.

Technical Expertise
Whether we are providing a gap analysis towards LEED®
EBOM certification or focusing on low/no cost improvements through an
ASHRAE Level I & II walk through, the BMS team is adept at offering an integrated approach towards future capital improvements for
your existing building. Once your building is baselined towards energy and resource efficiency, the BMS team will assist in
