Our Sustainable Development Solutions team is built on a track record of success in working with building ownership, architecture firms, and design agencies to support all phases of the design and construction process. This includes employing an integrated approach that involves our architects, engineers, interior designers and construction specialists. Our own experience as trained architects, engineers, and designers allows us to deliver meaningful recommendations. The GBS methodology is one that we have pioneered throughout the industry and is grounded in quality assurance, objectivity and a firm dedication to the triple bottom line.
Where most have only been doing this for months, our Sustainable Development Solutions team has been implementing projects with certification bodies, such as the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and Collaborative for High-Performance Schools (CHPS), since their inception. To take advantage of our past experience as third-party LEED reviewers for the USGBC, many of our clients utilize our expertise for peer reviews of their documentation before submitting content to the USGBC, whether we work directly on the project or not.
