As Project Coordinator, Abby currently facilitates final credit documentation for projects in the Florida office. She brings a comprehensive knowledge of sustainability principles from her educational and professional backgrounds. Prior to joining the Green Building Services Orlando office, Abby worked primarily in the Environmental Education and Land Conservation fields with a focus on the Southeast Region of the United States. Now holding a Master of Environmental and Business Management, she is applying her passion and commitment to improving the ecological footprint of the built environment as a valuable addition to the GBS Orlando team.

Associate Principal
Wendy is an architect with more than 20 years of experience. She is passionate about green building, and has managed the certification of dozens of LEED projects, including Florida’s first LEED certified building. As an associate principal and manager of Green Building Services’ Orlando office, Wendy oversees project consulting on a broad range of project types.

Senior Technical Consultant
Robert joins the GBS team with over 25 years of experience in engineering design, construction administration, and building commissioning. Robert has a degree in Design technology, is certified in plumbing engineering by the American Society of Plumbing Engineers and has achieved the title of Certified Building Commissioning Professional by the Association of Energy Engineers. Robert has extensive experience with Hospital, Healthcare, commercial and multi-use projects throughout the United States and Caribbean.
