Knowledge is only as useful as the desire to put it to work. Fortunately GBS is made up people who live to put their experience into practice.
We are architects, engineers, interior designers, planners, environmental specialists and building analysts who share extensive hands-on experience in all phases of green building projects. From development and design to programming and facility management, we understand the pressures and the obstacles building professionals face. So we facilitate approaches to find innovative solutions to these problems—without sacrificing our good nature. Good work done by good people. That's us.
You may also be interested to know that in addition to being Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Accredited Professionals, our staff includes four USGBC LEED faculty members. Our staff members are also active with various USGBC committees including the Curriculum, Retail, Commercial Interiors, and Schools committees. We are also active with organizations and industry associations such as The Natural Step Network, AIA-COTE, IIDA, Urban Lane Institue, Cascadia Region Green Building Council, ASHRAE, Association for Preservation Technology, APEM, CSI ASLA, BOMA and IFMA.
